Prior in-depth knowledge of the environment and the client's problems that need to be eliminated by deploying the selected solution is essential for the success of the solution implementation at the customer's site. Therefore, consulting activities, especially in the pre-implementation phase of the project, form an integral part of our service portfolio.

Analysis

Preparation of an analysis of the needs of a customer who solves a certain problem and turns to our company is the first and most important step in any project, whether larger or smaller in scale. A well-prepared analysis identifies and maps the customer's needs and thus enables the determination of the most appropriate technology and solution that will cover these needs in a short time and with high quality.

Pre-implementation analysis is abasic mapping of the customer's needs and the design of a suitable solution, equipment and technology. It is always carried out in the planning phase of a project, prior to the conclusion of a contractual relationship.

The implementation analysis is a detailed mapping of the customer's needs and the processes to be solved, in addition to a detailed project schedule and communication plan. It is always done after the signing of the contract for the entire project or as a separately ordered service.

Consultation

The consulting activity is very closely related to the analytical activity and due to the focus of our company we place great emphasis on it. For each solution offered, whether it is a controlled warehouse system, production tracking, asset registration, etc., we have a team of consultants who not only have detailed knowledge of the solution offered, but, most importantly, have many years of practical experience in the field. They are thus able to recommend and present a suitable solution and technology to the customer, evaluate the situation and needs of the customer from a practical point of view and propose a suitable implementation procedure for the selected solution.

Consultants are available to the customer both in the initial phase of the project, when it comes to selecting a suitable solution and deciding on the next course of action, as well as throughout the implementation period and, of course, after its completion and start-up into the routine operation of the implemented solution.

Our company is a founding and technical member of GS1 SK ( former EAN SK) and our consultants regularly participate in training courses and seminars organized by this association. Therefore, within the framework of consultations, the customer can obtain valuable advice on the use of barcodes in the EAN/UCC system (especially in the marking of logistics units), RFID, EDI communication, or data synchronization.

What do we offer you over and above the competition? It's services and development. Our aim is to provide the customer with a comprehensive service. We believe that it would be unprofessional to deliver only hardware to a customer without offering configuration, application development, implementation and without a sophisticated support and service system. Thus, designing the optimal solution for the customer is always our priority, regardless of the size of the order.

Training

If you are interested in managing systems and devices implemented by us, we offer you the possibility of training in the management and diagnostics of wireless devices (RF switches and mobile terminals), remote management systems and other products offered by us. After the training, your administrators have full access to manage the devices supplied by us.

Training content

• Changing permissible configuration parameters
• monitoring of wireless network and mobile device operation

The professional content of the training requires sufficient knowledge of LAN networks, protocols, as well as knowledge of ICT technologies and working with client devices based on Microsoft operating systems.
