We provide our customers with full technical support. It is not only about providing warranty and post-warranty repairs of supplied equipment, but also about comprehensive support of implemented solutions. Most customers have individual needs for maintenance or servicing of the operated solution. We are therefore ready to provide the right support model exactly according to the specific needs in the form of service packages or SLAs.
Maintenance and prophylaxis, i.e. preventive checks and inspections, are the basis. These also include routine operational repairs, operational tests and functional tests of connected devices.
We therefore offer regular maintenance and prophylaxis for barcode printers, mobile terminals, WLAN networks, automatic scanning workstations and entire systems. In most cases, we can rectify or prevent defects on the spot.
