Voice picking

The K-VOICE voice picking system is mainly used for picking of warehouse shipments, in warehouses and distribution centres, but it can also be used in the management of production and technological processes, in logistics, etc. This technology is often referred to as Pick by Voice or Voice Picking.

The core of the K-VOICE voice picking system is a server application and special voice terminals, which are controlled by this application via a wireless network. The remote management of the voice terminals is managed by a web-based application that allows real-time monitoring of the status of each terminal and also allows the configuration of individual terminals to be changed.

Primarily, the K-VOICE system is used in warehouses for picking goods, but it can also be used for docking, transfers and inventory.
