K.Voice

K.Voice is a software solution that enables the integration of voice technology into any ERP or WMS (for example, K.Motion Warehouse Edge or K.Motion Warehouse Advantage). This allows the creation of a "voice interface" to these systems and thus speed up certain warehouse operations, in particular picking and stocking. Today, more than a million warehousemen around the world benefit from the advantages of the voice solution. The technology is most commonly referred to as Pick By Voice or Voice Picking.

The K.Voice system is primarily designed for warehouse operations, where it can achieve significant time and therefore cost savings. Workers are guided by a human voice when picking goods or performing other tasks. Their hands are therefore free and they can focus their attention on the actual handling of the goods. With a significant reduction in errors and easier handling of goods, employee turnover also decreases and the training process for new arrivals is accelerated.

But in addition to picking goods, K.Voice is also suitable, for example, for checking packaging or for dispatch control. Its use is particularly beneficial in warehouses where goods are picked manually (without the use of handling equipment), or where the environment would make the handling of a conventional mobile terminal difficult or impossible (cold stores, freezer warehouses, etc.).

K.Voice is completely versatile and is not limited to warehouses. It finds its use in the control of virtually any process consisting of voice confirmation sequences and simple steps. A typical example is the use in production control and management, where the user confirms by voice the execution of a sequence of certain actions, or in the control of regular maintenance of equipment such as cars, trains, aircraft or their components.
