The management company DS PROPERTY, a.s. was founded in 2013. In its region in the field of Facility Management it has gained a significant position in a short time. Many years of experience in leasing, property and asset management is an added value for the largest customers in the region, which include: the company Istermeat, a.s., Euromilk, a.s., Agrosun, spol. s.r.o., FK DAC 1904, a.s., DAC Arena, a.s., DAC Academy, a.s., VILLA ROSA B&B AND RESTAURANT, Hotel Bonbón ****, Hotel AmadeChâteau, and many others.
DS Property, a.s., manages individual companies with a large number of assets. The managed companies operate in various segments such as livestock/plant production, agriculture, sports, education, culture, tourism, etc. and the associated diversity of assets, ranging from production machinery, hauling machinery, furniture, tools, sports equipment, artwork and artifacts, has caused opacity and inaccuracy in the management of the assets. The inventory itself employed a large number of internal staff. The evaluation of the inventory results was lengthy and did not reflect the actual situation.
The asset management system used, which was maintained in various spreadsheets and the inventory was carried out using pen and paper, was not usable in the long term. DS Property, a.s. needed a single platform and a modern solution that delivered efficiency, clarity, accuracy and speed.

The management part of the EVIDEI solution makes available a comprehensive tool within Facility Management. DS Property, a.s. has thus gained an overview of the managed companies, each represented by a separate database entity. Hardware devices - printers and mobile terminals ZEBRA, accelerate and refine the inventory. The clear identification of assets using Datamatrix codes and automated data transmission and processing have accelerated and refined the individual processes.
