Labels

Thermal labels are used for direct thermal printing without a thermal transfer ribbon, they are made of materials with a thermosensitive surface layer, which changes its colour to black when printed by heat through the print head of the printer. Thermal labels are used to label products for a shorter period of time because the print fades over time and is not permanent.

Paper labels are the most widely used and economical type of product labelling. With the combination of wax thermal transfer ribbon in the printing process, paper labels can be used in any industry, but are most commonly used to label shipments and logistics packages.

Semi-gloss paper labels have a more elegant appearance compared to classic matt paper labels. With the combination of wax thermal transfer ribbon with the addition of resin in the printing process, the print quality is sharper and still economically affordable.

Polypropylene plastic labels are characterized by long durability, moisture resistance, good UV and weather resistance. PP labels are designed mainly for indoor, but also for outdoor environments, they are abrasion and abrasion resistant. The labels are almost tear-resistant and very difficult to stretch.

Polyethylene plastic labels are characterized by high flexibility, elasticity and adhesion to various and uneven surfaces, they are resistant to various chemicals, oils and water. For these reasons, they are mainly used to label pallets wrapped in foil, drums of chemicals, storage containers, etc. PE labels are also designed for outdoor use, they are UV stable and can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.

Polyester plastic labels are designed especially for demanding applications such as automotive, electrical and medical industries, they are also used for asset registration and marking of warehouse positions. According to the needs, PET labels can meet the most demanding requirements for dimensional and temperature stability, resistance in extreme temperatures and weather conditions, UV radiation, against aggressive chemicals, etc..

Polyethylene plastic labels with rubber adhesive are characterized by excellent adhesion to all surfaces. Labels made of this material are highly resistant to abrasion and tearing.

Safety labels are made of special materials that deteriorate when peeled off and cannot be returned to their original state. They serve as protection of the product against opening and unwanted interference from the outside. They indicate to the user a surface change as a change in the adhesive structure of the label - acknowledgement or non-acknowledgement of the warranty in the event of opening or mechanical damage to the goods. There are several types of special security, so-called sealing labels (VOID, checkerboard, destructive and hologram labels).

Goldsmith self-adhesive labels for printing in thermal transfer printers are designed for marking rings, earrings, jewelry, watches, glasses and other jewelry. Horticultural labels are designed for labelling products in garden centres, nurseries and supermarket chains. The labels are made of the most durable plastic materials, which are characterized by high resistance to the outdoor environment and weather, in all seasons. With the right combination of labels with resin tape in printing, the permanence of the print is guaranteed. The most commonly used horticultural labels are non-adhesive "arrows", "loops", plant tags and plastic self-adhesive labels for pots and boxes.

Nylon materials are the most commonly used textile material. It is mainly available in the form of non-adhesive continuous strips, but more recently textile nylon labels with an adhesive layer have also started to be used. With the combination of the special HL35 resin thermal transfer tape, the manufacturer guarantees resistance to washing, cleaning, ironing and steam pressing. In addition to basic nylon materials for general use, we also offer special nylon materials for the automotive industry that meet all necessary standards, such as the flame retardant standard E108 (FMVSS No 302).

Textile satin materials are most commonly available in the form of non-adhesive continuous strips, but recently textile satin labels with an adhesive layer have also been used. With the combination of the special HL35 resin thermal transfer tape, the manufacturer guarantees resistance to washing, cleaning, ironing and steam pressing.
